Composition of PCB circuit board
The circuit board is mainly composed of pads, over holes, mounting holes, wires, components, connectors, filling, electrical boundaries, etc. The main functions of each component are as follows.
Pad: metal holes for soldering components pins.
Over-hole: metal over-hole and non-metallic over-hole, which is used to connect the metal over-hole between the layers of the component pins.
Mounting holes: used to fix the board.
Wires: Electrical network copper film used to connect component pins.
Connectors: Components used to connect between boards.
Filling: Used to lay copper for the ground network, which can effectively reduce the impedance.
Electrical boundary: used to determine the size of the board, all components on the board can not exceed the boundary.
